I support a small creative LLC with design deliverables as a freelancer. They provide SMBs and content creators with branding and marketing materials; the LLC is my client. I was just told they will no longer offer pride designs for their clients (because FoxNews?, idk) and that (duh) this might affect how much work they send me in the future. It’s my only client/income right now, not sure how or if I should exit the relationship given the job market. But I got the icks and it sucks. WWYD?

Is it normal for PPMD to jump around? I feel like I’ve met a few that have spent time as PPMD at different firms or have just recently joined EY from another Big 4/competitor.

Not sure about company work culture and other details. Now I got an offer from wipro for 18LPA(17 fixed + 1lakh variable). And there is a offer from Trane Technologies for 16LPA. I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?
