I don't think it would matter to me if someone used AI to write their resume. As long as everything on the resume is true and factual, who cares if AI wrote it. Ultimately I want to meet the candidate and see if they are a good fit.

I would be able to spot it. Not that ppl can’t be well spoken/written, I can typically tell, especially if it’s very extensive and difficult vocabulary when describing something simple.

That’s such an interesting experiment! If the AI CV is clear, tailored, and professional, I probably wouldn’t care—it’s the content that matters most, not who wrote it. But subtle personalization can still make a big difference.
What has the world come to? AI is cheating.
Make your own from scratch or having a professional to create a résumé. Everyone is lazy and dependent so much on devices and software’s to where they’ll be dumbfounded years to come.
