That is a tough position to be in for sure. At this point, I say stick it out there for a while, since it’s stable. See what happens with the economy. When things look better in the market, then make your move.
I agree with the person above. Stagnation is better than unemployment, which was what an increasing number of people are facing right now.
Same, just keep your eyes open for opportunities, keep applying.
Is it “up or out” or can you coast? What non-monetary benefits can you take advantage of in your current role to support a future move or be happy? Tuition reimbursement? Coaching? Training? Improved work-balance by down-shifting work effort?
