I think it’s time we collectively start naming companies that ghost job applicants. It’s rude as hell and it tarnishes the company’s reputation. Plus, it takes 2 seconds to send a rejection email.

But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?
