I think my boss is trying to get rid of me.

My new manager is brand-new to their role and their original idea was to "de-centralize" marketing operations by having our vertical marketing managers execute their own campaigns.

They said this would free up time for me to do more "project management."

The marketing manager rebelled and said they didn't want to take on the extra work.

Now... my manager wants to offshore the marketing ops execution.

Anyone else think I'm a goner?

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

I just saw a Sr Mgr Marketo role posted - they want 6yr+ exp. Role has direct reports so 3yr+ mentoring/leadership exp. They want certifications in Marketo, nice to have SFDC cert. It’s remote. Salary starts at $90k. Are they kidding??! Or am I just expecting way too much for certifications, and managing others in todays world? haha
