That’s partially up to your manager to help get you in some of these opportunities while being a junior/intermediate.
There’s great opportunities for junior sap consultants! Go into your office and show some initiative.
Obviously but that’s not the case. You’re taking away from the argument that SAP takes advantage of services and consulting when they used to compensate fairly and stand behind their employees.
Now they just overwork you and say “but you are fairly compensated, if you don’t like it you can leave”. All while forcing people to leave willingly so they can claim, “we haven’t laid off anyone”
