Hi all. Is there a way to find out at what Greeks I opened a position? I opened options last month and I am trying to recall at which delta I bought my spreads. Thx!

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

What are some of your favorite strategies to use in VIX since it constantly decays? Bear call spread? Or is there something more profitable?

Sell stock A from one account @ $20 and buy stock A from@second account @ $15? Planning to dump stocks in December last week to get some tax gains and buying on the second account in first week of January.
