I want a Chanel small classic handbag in black. I can’t decide between caviar and lambskin, any opinions on which is better/more durable?

Aesthetic-wise, it comes to your preference. Caviar is hands down more durable and less maintenance. Your lambskin will have to be thoroughly babied.

Agree with C1. Lambskin is very high maintenance- I’m extra anxious whenever I bring mine out. Meanwhile the caviar passed down to me from my mother is still flawless after over 25 years.

I vote caviar. Since it’s a classic black bag, you’ll wear it more often and caviar will sustain that wear

I went with lamb skin because I don’t like the look of caviar, and I love it! I just prefer the smooth and chic look

Caviar

Caviar is much more durable. Lamb skin looks beautiful but is more of a special occasion bag for me, caviar you can wear every day

Caviar for sure. I have some bags over 5 years old and look brand new

Caviar

I have been unhappy about my current job for a bit now, been at the company for almost 10 years, and have started looking for a new job. I have a solid job offer on the table, but a newer PE group just reached out and are looking for a high level either VP or Director of retail sales (my specialty). I am more interested in this private equity group as I would get to build a whole team and really make a retail strategy but they are newer so I am unsure the stability. Thoughts on working for a PE?

I know I posted 3 wks ago about house #4. But a week later I got the inspection report & it was a no go. Lesson learned. But this house I AM buying. I close in about 2 wks. 1st column: The #s w/current tenant till June. We won't renew the lease. Instead we'll rehab the inside; ~$7k, then raise the rent to match the market. Using coulmn #2, total monthly cashflow of all homes is $1,186mo. Initial goal is $20.5K/$1,708 mo. Almost there! If we can rent it for $1.1Kmo (column 3)...AWESOME!
