I am about to leave my current organization and I have several thousand in outstanding commission owed to me. Interviewing at Microsoft and they are doing a centralized interview in 1 day. Essentially I will have 4 straight hours of interview with a 15 minute presentation. Does this sound normal for Microsoft? Any suggestions for interviewing there?

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? 13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.
