I want to get out of tax and was applying to basically any job in the finance/accounting world that didn't involve tax compliance. I just got a call back for an AML/KYC analyst at a large bank. Its seems like a glorified fact checker. Can anyone provide insight into this type of role? Salary, expectations? How do others perceive this role? End game is Forensics with FBI so I think it would be a great stepping stone.

I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon.
