I want to know what is the rehire policy of Sutherland if someone has absconded from the company

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

Would any of your companies be willing to hire as a legal counsel an attorney with 9+ YOE but in the process of being licensed in the US? Should I not even bother to apply until I am barred?

Is it only for Talent acquisition team they are only asking to be onsite?

My company’s pay is low compared to what I’ve seen at other companies but I do enjoy the work and the organization. I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
