I was interviewed at Barclays Pune in a drive conducted on 1st March 2026. After clearing all the rounds, after a couple of days i.e. on 4th March, i was asked to email all documents.

But i haven't received any call after that. When can i expect the call from HR... any idea?

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

I have been job searching (currently unemployed) for 5 months now and am emotionally drained from doing on average 6-8 interviews a week now.
