I started off as an inexperienced new paralegal and unfortunately, due to lack of proper training, I wasn't able to meet my attorney's expectations. Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines?
