I was virtually onboarded to Capgemini (Bangalore) on 21st May and received my welcome kit. But I haven’t received any update on employee ID, credentials, or laptop allocation. I only got an email with my People Manager's name. I’ve reached out to the manager and support teams, but no response yet. Has anyone faced this before? How long did it take for you to get credentials and assets?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
