I was working as a QA Automation Architect & Team Lead earning ₹36L, but was asked to resign in Oct 2025. After months of limited calls, I cracked an interview with an American company for a Senior QA role. Offer is ₹26L (HR may stretch to ₹28L,but nor sure). I’m married having a 5‑year‑old son, so I’m torn between accepting or waiting for a role closer to my past pay/designation. Would love advice from the community.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
