I will be interviewing for Sr. Engineering Manager position at BCG DV. I am happy at pwc but wanted to know is it worth switching to BCG DV work and compensation wise? (Accordingly will prepare :) ) Currently Sr. Manager at pwc .

Do large law firms really recieve enough applications for a position that they cannot follow up when someone reaches out to check on thier application? I get that if you have to reach out, they probably weren't interested anyways, I'm just curious why there is a practice of just leaving applicants in the wind. I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued.
