I will be joining Ford GTBC next month. They are offering 33 LPA for SG8 position with 7 years of experience. Is it underpaid or over paid? Also I am trying to understand that is there any fixed duration (bare minimum) to get promoted to LL6?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this?
