Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Not sure about the NYC market, but it has to be way more than that. You're doing 4-5 jobs and getting paid for one. $35-$40/hour would be on the very low end of what I'd expect there. The good news is that most of your efforts (with the possible exception of organic) are quantifiable. If you're planning to stick with that employer and ask for a raise instead of just walking, use the data to back up your request: "I returned $60k in sales on $2k ad spend" "We drove an additional $400k in email/SMS revenue this year" etc. This should make it very obvious to them that you're worth paying more.
You are being grossly underpaid. But it's unlikely your boss will increase your wages as much as you deserve. I would keep my eyes open for another job. You can also tell him the going rates for your many roles, and either he pays you market rate, or he does some of those tasks himself.
After reading all the other comments, I got the gist that I'm underpaid, but honestly, with the current job market, it's pretty scary to ask for a raise. My boss is the type to get offended and fire on the spot, and would much prefer to hire someone worse but cheaper. I have tried looking for other jobs, but no luck.
