I work at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Colorado in L&D and it is great! pay is the highest out of any other hospital system, the patient population is very nice to work with, and all of the people on the unit are great. I have been working here over a year on nights and have no plans to go anywhere else at this time. Sometimes its busy and sometimes its slow but the other nurses are very supportive and we work as a great team on the busy nights.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to get into real estate investing. Some of the books I've read have talked about buying a multi unit property and utilizing investors to get the necessary capital. Does anyone have experience in getting investors? How do you identify investors who may be interested? Are there any sites where you can invest in or post investment opportunities?
Thank you in advance.

Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??
