Does it take 3 quarters of the year to reach 3% (tier 3) interest rate at HMBradley? If so, does it make sense to deposit a large chunk of fund until I reach tier 3?

No, I am getting to it in my second quarter. Started mid Q2 at 1% and the app says I will start at 3% on 7/1.

like

Same. Opened my account at the beginning of June and the app says I'm on track for 3% 7/1.

like

Seems too good to be true. Wonder if the 3% will go away eventually.

like

It might, but it might not. In the meantime, I figure why not make a little extra spending cash.

I’m confused how their program works. I just want to park my emergency fund somewhere and not touch it. But it sounds like you need to do direct deposit to HMBradley and do all of your spending out of it and they base the interest rate on how much you’re not spending/leaving in the account. True?

So interesting. Thank you!

Is the 3% on the blance , limited to a balance or unlimited ?

Someone mentioned about 100k limit

My spouse and I have noticed it doesn’t even require a direct deposit to get the 3% rate. They (currently) measure any deposit to the account and use that to determine the rate.

Yep, no DD connected but scheduled for 3% starting 7/1. 🤷‍♂️

like

A related question - how did you all get 100K into the account? I have a daily limit of 2500 doing 40 such deposits seems highly inefficient..

Just email support and they will raise your limit for a day.

With interest rates between 6.5% and 7.5%, it is safe to say that buyers are slowing down in their search.

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!

Hi Fishes

I need help to decide
I have got 2 offers
1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
Please suggest

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?
