I worked in a startup for ~2 years with a 3-year service agreement. Due to company issues/illegal practices, I resigned before completing the agreement period. The company is not issuing a relieving letter. Has anyone joined another software company without a relieving letter? How did your background verification (BGV) go?

Also, are there any consultancies/recruitment agencies that help candidates facing relieving letter or employment verification issues in the IT/software industry?

I started trading during Covid crash. Started with equities and eventually moved to options. Earlier lost a month's salary and then lot more trying to recover it. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
