I would like to give kudos to my co-worker publicly. We were on a client status call earlier this week, and the lead Account person was informing the client that we were closed on Monday due to it being Presidents Day. The visible shock on her face had me trying so hard not to laugh. She quickly wrote in the chat that it was MLK Day, and that is why we were closed. They will never learn if we don't teach them!
