I'd like to find a mentor.

I'd consider myself "junior/mid" level recruiter but I'd really love to develop my skills and be more refined and process driven in my approach. I feel these things develop with time but I'm usually the one jumping the gun and having more ideas and questions than actual solutions. There's obviously many layers to the rest of this topic but I'm curious if anyone has had success in finding a mentor/coach to work with?

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. Hello! I’m a Talent Acquisition Manager at a 300 FTE sized gov contractor with 2 recruiters under me. One of my recruiters and I are both having babies in August and will be out for 12 weeks.
