While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

I’m wanting to make the switch to one of those traditional manufacturer dealerships and was wondering how the typical pay structure/ bonus structure works. And I’m also trying to determine if I’d be qualified as a finance manager with my current experience.
