I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I can't make decisions as he overrides/turns them
I have 2yrs experience & it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team

Does anyone work at a firm where legal assistants don't do legal assistant things? For example, I have to do my scheduling and calendaring. I have to upload documents to our file management system. This morning, a name partners assistant didn't realize the name partner had a depo and didn't confirm it. This is how this firm as been for decades and it's incredibly frustrating to work this way. It's so hard to not stress over this daily.

What to do if a person has provided an employer with a fake social security card and is marrying a USC? Unauthorized work isn't a bar for immediate relatives, and they didn't present themselves as a USC for a benefit under the Act, so AOS as usual is my thinking. Am I right?

I’m currently working at CarMax as a Sales/Finance manager. I know our way of handling finance deals is significant different than that of a “traditional“ dealer. I’m wanting to make the switch to one of those traditional manufacturer dealerships and was wondering how the typical pay structure/ bonus structure works. And I’m also trying to determine if I’d be qualified as a finance manager with my current experience.
