I’m currently working at CarMax as a Sales/Finance manager. I know our way of handling finance deals is significant different than that of a “traditional“ dealer. I’m wanting to make the switch to one of those traditional manufacturer dealerships and was wondering how the typical pay structure/ bonus structure works.
