Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. Do they have access to any of your data?
Curious about how they would physically be able to do that if you did not give them your log-in info or make the account as a part of your job.
Yeah, through sales navigator , they would check how much messages I would send every month…
You may have agreed to it in your employee privacy notice, job offer, etc., look at what you signed. For example, If you are a recruiter etc., and this is part of your roles and responsibilities. Either way, they should not have access to your data unless you somehow allowed it.
None of them was described in the position description, nor it was mentioned in the job offer. I was once told by sales director that I was using the sales navigator messages barely…

Are you a privacy lawyer, because you don't seem to understand how privacy laws work in the US?
If you put up a sign or notice in your handbook, you could absolutely do this. There are creepy companies that have cameras in their bathrooms outside the stalls.
