If a staff/ senior has moved on to new projects, do you make them drop what they are doing for review notes from their last project? How long do they get to clear review notes?

Curiosity question - I’m a naturally very chatty senior and I’ve noticed that the staff 1s who are starting remotely and living at their parents’ home (which makes a ton of sense with the remote working) that I’ve been working with seem to want to chat about both semi related work stuff and non work stuff a fair amount.
