I try to keep my projects with the person who started it. I would just reach out and say “thank you for working on this. Here are my comments. I would like to get this back by XYZ time. Please let me know if there are any time conflicts”….
You should clear those notes, they are not on the job anymore
Yes, that would be my expectation - they work in the current job and put in extra time to clear points. If you did a project, have a sense of ownership to get it to the finish line.
Staff and seniors need to understand that they stay on projects till the project is tied up in a bow and shipped to the client.
With that said, unless it’s a very urgent need, you should be fine to wait a day or 2
The expectation is 24-48 hours

I would think 1-48 hours, why would it need to wait a day?
It depends 😎
It depends. You want them to have a good stopping point in what they currently working on and then they pick up the review comments.
At least that’s what I do. So theoretically you should get your comments back 1-3 days.
