EY FSRM role OR JPMC PM role OR Shell Market Risk role

Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!

This is in regards with my resignation. I have resigned on 22nd March (LWD : 22 June ) on medical grounds. Since then, my hr has asked for my prescriptions and medical certificates to give me an early release.

But yesterday, She is stating that my lwd is revised to 18th April with a clause that since my release is on medical grounds I can't join any other orgs before 22june. If joined, there will be problem in background verification.

Has anyone with a CPA from IT Audit roles been able to make their way into a financial consulting role without referrals/MBA?

I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
