If anyone is impacted due to the Citi reorganization and gets terminated, how soon are they allowed to join another organization?
Considering that we receive 3 months’ notice period salary along with an additional 4 months based on years of experience at Citi, can we join a new company only after the 3-month notice period, or is it possible to join earlier?

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
