I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I did get that email. But I am confused. Am I forced to move or can I remain at my current location

What did you think hybrid meant? I was hired hybrid too and lived in Texas for 2 years while assigned to the Gilbert USDC. I knew when I signed the contract I would have to move closer to the office, which I did.
Go take a look at the hiring contract that you signed. Many got hired during hybrid and assigned to one of the 3 USDC with stipulations that they would relocate (part of the agreement that was signed) however there was also others that got hired as a pilot for virtual USDC but those where not assigned to a real USDC location but rather Virtual XYZ (xyz = the closest office location to your location) USDC something to that affect. Those Virtual didn't have any stipulations to relocate and will not have going forward.
They probably won’t really press for it too hard. Based on these comments most people are bending over for big D. As long you maintain a positive relationship with your project and leadership i’m sure they will provide an exception
You should have received an email if you are impacted with the over 100 miles rule with what options are available.
