If I don’t block prospecting time, it gets eaten alive by internal asks, “quick” calls, and admin stuff. But when I do block it, I feel guilty ignoring messages. I’m trying to treat pipeline like a real priority instead of an optional chore. How do you protect prospecting time without feeling like you’re being unhelpful?

Hi Gang, really feeling the burnout a bit heavy now after ~5 years in SaaS and Consulting Sales. What are some of the most transferable roles AEs can move to post sales?

How would someone coming from mostly retail wireless sales get into the tech sales industry? I have been a top performer in every sales job that I have had since I started my career almost 10 years ago. I don't have a degree which I feel might be keeping me from getting my foot in the door but I know I would be amazing in this field. Boomers and Gen X HR teams are FUNNY.

“Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.
