Hi fellow cts employees
I have a genuine question here which I am shocked to see. If i have got approved leave of 5 days in the next month and suddenly i got an offer from a company and i have dropped the papers and i have taken time from them five days ahead of the 60 days. But what is the problem with CTS that they have cancelled all the planned leaves just because I have put paper. Doesn't it mean those planned leaves be gone just because u have planned to resign? This is not fairCognizant

On a positive stereotype - I explained to my Gen Z daughter what I do and she said " so your job is basically just telling people to be nice to one another" 😅
My conservative uncle is positive that my job is to find all the flaws of the white people who work at the company I work for, and replace them with minorities and women. I don't know how to explain to him that that isn't my job in a way he'll listen to.
I'm very curious about your position and how to get into a role like yours.
My brother in law accused me of union busting saying that diversity in workforce discourages unions...
