It doesn't work like that.. once you get an offer if there are no major dependencies and you wanted to leave early and manager is okay with that.. then u can use these leaves..

Eitherways to get offer you can just put your notice as 30days and start applying

SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.
