Hi everyone! I’m new here. 217 days sober. I quit on September 11, 2021. I never thought I had an issue until I started lying to my friends and family about my consumption. I would take off work to drink all day and go home drunk, thinking I could play it cool and no one would notice. This has been very hard and very rewarding. Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades. I put my foot down with my GCD, and she supports me, but I would like to come to the table with my own research. Where should I be looking for accuracy?
