I was to the PIP last month without time frame and found out that it was for only a month, set to failed then after the review a call I received a Written Final Warning with disciplinary actions (which I had to appeal in 5 working days) while I'm on a second PIP for another month. I don't know what to do, if I should leave or fight against it...
