If you assist multiple executives, I’d love to hear how you remember all their schedules daily. I can’t seem to get their daily calendars memorized so I can know what’s next off the top of my head.

I definitely don't have it memorized. I do have access to 7 of the calendars of execs I support so I can look at it at any given time. I'd also say that none of them expect me to memorize their schedule either. I will, at a high level, remember preferences. Like I know 2 do not like morning appointments because either they are not a morning person or that's the only time they can get work done due to a high volume of meetings. (I also block this time on their calendar for them). I know another is fine with early morning meetings because she gets up at 5 anyway. While I was getting a hang of things, I had an Excel sheet with all preferences for schedules, travel, etc.

Having multiple executives’ calendars memorized is a really big task to take on! Admittedly, I don’t think I could do it. Two recommendations below:

- Add events to your own calendar so you get an automatic notification, or;
- Print off a view of all of your executives’ calendars each morning with proper color coding.

Best of luck!!

Yep this is me as well. I have to keep track of the calendars and it is such a chore. If I am not on top of it I would never remember any of it on my own.

i dont have mine memorized. i have general idea of where things are if they get moved, scheduled etc. but i usually have their calendar open in another window

I use outlook and have them give me access to their calendars I manage 4 peoples calendars. I also ask them their preference. Example if they have something tentative marked I can book over it

I feel like I’ve been neglecting this bowl. 😔 I’ve been doing keto with 16/8 intermittent fasting for the past month. By the time it hits my eating window, I’m starving and I don’t have time to make instagrammable meals. Like the one below 😄: Eggs and breakfast sausage with Spanish and Buttered cauliflower rice, and a salad. Not very exciting, I know. But what’s exciting is I dropped 15lbs!!! 😁

When is the best time to leave and go to another big4? I am at PwC and I knew the reputation they had and Some people said It may not be for me because of it. Ive been here a year and I feel as there right. My busy season is starting and I want to leave (not just because of my team) but as some of you may know getting along with the people you work with is a big part of wanting to stay at your job. I want to try to quit end of December and hoping to start a new position February.

Facebook Ads after iOS 14 changes.

I'll share my experience and urge you to share yours:

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

What's your experience? Let's all learn.

Anyone have ideas for jobs that are a mix between administration and clinical work? I went to school for community health and have a lot of manager/patient coordinator experience under my belt, but I'm also a volunteer EMT and would like to start using those skills in my next job that I'm searching for.

Most titles I've found interesting are along the "medical assistants" role, but don't fit the bill cause I don't have an MA license

I just found out my new coworker has ADHD. While that doesn’t bother me, I have never worked with someone with ADHD. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?

Do they ask salary expectations? I have no idea what to say for the salary question. Feedback appreciated. Thanks
