Is anyone else feeling completely hopeless about their job? Two years ago I still had so much zest and love for advertising. And now I feel miserable working long late hours and almost every weekend. I am underpaid because we’ve been on a freeze for over a year even though I’ve been promised one. I have no more motivation left in me to keep going. This job is killing me but I have no idea what else I could do. Any advice on getting out?

Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? The pain point she brought up is that we are in different states and she is feeling pressed.
