Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

The fuck did you do to get a 5??
If you heard confidential info and relay to the senior and the senior confronts the partner or leadership and your name comes up it won’t be pretty for you either ...
Fired probably, PIP it you're lucky. I've never seen physically a 5 rating.
Lol ^
Unfortunately probably- good to start thinking your next stage
By definition 5 is “unsatisfactory” and 4 is “needs improvement”. Thus, by rule 5 means you get fired and 4 means you get a PIP. Exceptions may be possible, but unlikely.
You’ll be gone before you actually see a 5 rating.
Truth be told it was not me. I overheard a partner in his office say that a senior would be getting a 5 in CRT. Wondering if I should give that senior a heads up if it means that he will be imminently fired.
Keep in mind “fired” is almost always reserved for HR issues or something of that nature. For poor performance, the person is usually coached out and given a few weeks to find their next job after it’s made clear their career at the firm will no longer progress
Didn’t even know a 5 rating existed!
5=getting coached out. 4=PIP
