I applied to Amazon job in LinkedIn . Got a mail to complete a Hacker Earth test from Amazon . But i felt not prepared and didn't even try it thinking i might fail and they might not shortlist me the next time when i apply again after preparing .
Do they track any data like who didn't attend the test so they can ignore them next time? Or if i prepare good enough and reapply again after 3 to 4 months would this cause any issue?

I hate to say it, but if they aren't giving you pretty regular raises, you're more than likely being underpaid. It seems like the only way to actually increase your pay is to leave for other jobs. I would highly recommend doing some market research and seeing what you should be paid based on your location and experience and then bringing that to them for a market based adjustment.
We do receive an annual raise. It’s usually between 3-3.5%. Do you think that’s a normal and fair increase?
How many promotions and title changes did you have in those 15 years? For each one, you should be looking at the market rate and see where you are. If you are staying in the same role with the same responsibilities for years, the increases will almost always be small.
3 different roles and title changes. One was bigger but the the others weren’t much.
I had to leave to get them to offer me a VP position and $35k raise. It was Middle market firm.
I left. Still didn’t hit what they offered, but happier and have more options.

I feel $45-65 an hour is a bit above average from what I’ve been seeing.
