Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?
Accenture
Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.

UCLA Reagan was very pleasant, nurses were excellent, and it’s got an El Pollo Loco in the cafeteria that opens early.
I didn’t appreciate how my wife was treated during post partum. They clearly wanted us out ASAP with all the ~10 checkboxes ticked :/ Maybe just a one off experience
Cedars Sinai without a doubt
Cedars-Sinai
cedars sinai or st. john’s in santa monica
From our experience Cedars-Sinai. My wife gave birth there earlier this month. The attention and care she and my son received around the clock was great. We where there for about 5 days to give you an idea.
Echoing nearly every comment, Cedars. Hands down. If they’re not in your network, UCLA St. John’s.
Thanks!
Ok make sure it has a level 3 NICU - I live in Pasadena and went to Huntingdon. It was outstanding.
What about UCLA reagon? Not as good as cedars or ucla St. John?
st. john’s in santa monica is a providence hospital and isn’t part of ucla. personally i have some good experiences at ucla but i don’t know anyone who has had a baby there. all the births i know of are cedars sinai or st. john’s
https://ratings.leapfroggroup.org have a look at this for the facilities you are considering
My friend just had a preemie at Hoag in Newport Beach. Sounds like she had a very good experience. The staff in the nicu was great. (She had Covid while pregnant)
UCLA Santa Monica was great.
Saint Johns is beautiful, the nurses were amazing and rooms were super spacious. I had such a great experience there.
For what specifically ? It matters
