JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

lol no. Same place as you. I’m 36 now and have come to learn that there are no actual adults in the room.
Older, and it has only gotten better through certain phases of my career when I did not have trials. Then trial preparation begins and . . .
The billable hour is literally designed to outsource your life so you can keep the lights on at the firm, so of course you don't know how to change a tire.
I assume you must have grown up in an apartment, so kudos to your mom for having learned to use a lawnmower at some point. A lack of life skills, such as not being able to cook your own food, can't really be attributed to one's career. That just indicates that you've been relatively sheltered. If you've gotten to 35 without handling that, you might as well just keep paying people to take care of you at this point.
It’s never too late to learn a new skill (how to cook)! I am your age and am a litigator and love cooking. I cook dinner almost every night. I can provide tips on cooking. Googling or YouTubing is also an option. You got this!

Same here. I’m 32 and have learned zero life skills since I became a lawyer. Thankfully I know a bit about cooking and taking care of the house from the before times. My dad also taught me how to change a tire on the side of the road at night when I was like 11 or 12 years old, so I got that going for me.
Sports? Try going from being a pretty good amateur in my sport to walking my dog being my main source of exercise.
Finance? Try growing a portfolio out of nothing in the before times to keeping cash in savings account now.
Vacations? Going from taking multiple a year to taking one a year planned by someone else.
Serious relationships? Hahaha
This job has literally made me a lame person counting the days until I get pushed out and can have a life again. Once you start getting hangovers, it’s all downhill from there lol. Really sad. Looking forward to better times once I leave this stupid job.
