Thinking about you OP. Your now isn’t your forever. You are enough. Your job isn’t your worth or value — but I would just ask, do you feel comfortable sharing your personal circumstances (perhaps just - I am currently balancing a changing family dynamic + the loss of two family members and would benefit from understanding those circumstances). I am deeply so sorry to hear this. No one deserves that mess among this year. You’re in my thoughts!
When every day is the worst day of your life remember that for every lowest low there will be a higher high. I have had those days, one step in front of the other. It’s ok to tell everyone and anyone that you are NOT OK.
And yes I know this sounds insane to anyone who hasn’t been in this place but it did help at the time.
Op, sorry to hear that. More bad news than one person should have to deal with in year. I offer hugs and wish that things may turn around for you.
I’m sorry 🥺 we are here for you!!
Don’t know what to say other than echoing what A1 said ... really hope OP get through this
You should consider calling your employee help line to see what resources are available to you. Even if the offerings are slim, it’s important that your boss and group leaders are aware of your personal struggles over the past year. This will likely provide you with a little more flexibility regarding your performance and some leeway if there are layoffs. Try to stay strong and find people who you can talk to about it. It’s not healthy to bottle up this much stress/loss.
Truly sorry for your losses. I had two grandparents pass away in a matter of weeks around the holidays, one who was in hospice and the other who didn’t recover from heart surgery. It’s definitely not easy.
What keeps me going is knowing there will be an end soon to this pandemic and dark days of my life. It’s been tough sorting through my losses but I still hold on to the hope of endless possibilities to make my life and the lives of others still in mine better. And I hope you can too.
Stay strong ❤️

Very sorry to hear, OP. This is more than one can handle, and I feel for you.
If you're in a position financially to be able to do this, I recommend taking some time away from work and reflect on your life for a few weeks. You may need to reset a lot of the damage you've been through, and that's difficult to do if you're very busy at work.
So sorry for you OP. Sending you hugs. Put yourself and recovery first. Jobs will come and go but what matters is feeling whole again and being with loved ones and yourself to lift your spirits up.
❤🙏
Stay well OP! Like everyone says, this is just the situation now. When COVID ends, we’ll have a much better outlook on how we can rebuild our lives even better than how they are now.
It helps me a lot when I’m faced with the question of “how am I going to continue?” by recognizing that I survived yesterday under the same conditions and I’m also already surviving today. It gives me a bit of courage and assurance that maybe I can make it to the next day and maybe the next after that. So keep remaining yourself that you are already making it.
I’m very sorry for what you’re going through and will be thinking of your well being
