I’m a 1.5-year Netsuite technical consultant at a Solution Provider. In my time, I have earned five certifications (all non-dev ones).

I’m being contacted by recruiters both 3rd party and in house. The salary ranges I see in US are $125k-$175k for senior consultant. $125k is exactly double what I’m making now.

Does anyone have insight if these salary ranges are legit? I’m afraid of taking the step to interview then being bait switched to lower salary.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
