I'm a Snowflake Data Engineer with 3 years of experience, currently earning 6.5 LPA. I've received offers from two companies including LTIMindtree for a Snowflake Developer/Data Engineer role, both offering 10 LPA. Given my experience and the current market, is this offer reasonable or should I negotiate for more? What would be a realistic range to ask for?

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

I am signing an offer this week at a different consulting firm, but want to stick it out through my project at my current firm over the next month. (Actually really enjoy the project just think the other firm is a better fit).

Am I obligated (morally or otherwise) to tell my firm that I’ve signed another offer? Or is it ok to stay on and work?

(Don’t have to start at the new firm for another month after that).
