need some advice.
my current ctc is 16 with 5.6 years of experience. I was a contract hire and parent company wants to hire me.
company is service based company.
my current title is senior analyst but they want to make me manager.
they are skipping tech lead and team lead positions.
they are ready to change 5 days working from earlier 6 days working.
they are asking me my expectations.
we are on client location and there is no one above us. Also team is not technically sound.FSS
Hello Fishes - I have worked in Intel Corporation for a year but not as direct employee. It was my client location. My direct payroll was LNT Services. How can I take benefit of Intel Corporation as I was NOT a direct employee there. Can I mention in my resume. If yes, how and what to mention in my resume?

Any good solutions to hair loss?
Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

Is there a conflict of interest between your current firm and new firm? If not, hard to imagine any moral issues since it sounds like you’re still going to put in a good faith effort on your current project as opposed to slacking off.
Maybe check your employee handbook to determine any policies around new job disclosures if you want to be extra cautious? But based on what you’ve shared I think you’re doing them a solid.
