Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?

Just like almost every other company, they use to be way better
I’m sure some change to benefit the firm and not the employees?
It’s ok. Nothing extraordinary. Paternity leave 16 weeks. Lunch is covered finally;) 401k match is terrible. 25 days PTO Manager and above. Do you have the offer letter in hand?
16 weeks paternity leave blows away the lousy 6 weeks (and only as primary caregiver) PPTO at KPMG.
There is a fitness reimbursement of upto 500 dollars a year. Independence is a huge pain. We now get lunch reimbursement, okay raises dismal bonuses. Why there isn't a central repository of benefits across firms or for all companies surprises me.
