I'm applying to a job at Microsoft and am short 1 year experience for the minimum requirements. The online application prompts me to answer Y or N if I meet the minimum requirements.

I know I can do the job, so I don't want to put No because I know that that would immediately filter me out of the applicant pool. Would there be repercussions if I were to unthruthfully select "yes" for the minimum requirements?

I need help with compensation info. I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I wanted to know what the compensation breakdown (base, stocks, bonus etc) for the Microsoft role will look like. Also, is it worth waiting for a response before signing JPM, as I've stalled for a bit? I have 6+ YOE. Thoughts please.
