I’m curious. I feel like agency life has gotten more demanding, with little improvement when it comes to benefits, pay, or trainings. Am I wrong? Yet I rarely hear about PR professionals unionizing. Why is that?

I’ve never negotiated a salary before… any tips? The offer is for a boutique consulting firm with 2 YOE. The project work aligns exactly to my current role.

Base: 125k + COLA
Bonus target: 10%
Sign on bonus: 10k

Current base: 115k
Current bonus target: 15%
