I have had it since about two months after it was rolled out to the market and I love it. I love the sleep functionality the most, and I love that it gives me updates throughout the day to get up and move around, and I also love all the other functionality that you get for what I consider a very low monthly amount! I’ve recommended it to a number of people and no one has regretted purchasing it and if you have an FSA account, you can use those funds when you purchase one.
I got an Evie ring about a year ago when it was first released. The first generation of Evie had a lot of negative reviews, but I haven’t had any issues. No subscription fee and it’s a bit smaller than the Oura. Designed specifically for women. It doesn’t have all of the features as some of the other rings, but has what I need, namely sleep and step tracking.
What do you want to know, specifically? I’ve had one for over a year and know lots of people who wear them. The majority of people who wear them also wear a smart watch (I wear a Garmin) and the research shows that the data tracking for the Oura is better, mainly because people are less inclined to take off their rings. I don’t have the article handy, but I’m sure you can find if it you google.
I’ve found that the Oura is very accurate for body info (temperature, heart rate, recovery, etc) and terrible for step counting - which is why I also wear a watch.
Happy to answer any specific questions.
I bought an Oura ring because I wanted something lighter than a smartwatch for tracking sleep, and I’ve been really impressed. The sleep data seems pretty accurate, though it occasionally overestimates deep sleep. What I find most useful is how it tracks trends over time, like how stress or late-night screen time affects my sleep quality. It’s also great for tracking recovery after workouts.
I got one a few weeks ago. It took a little while to get used to its size but I do like it. The sleep tracking is good and it does motivate me to be more active. The ability to guess what kind of activity I’m doing is lacking and some things, like reformer Pilates, don’t register so have to be manually added.
I’ve had it a couple of years and have no complaints!
My husband used it but he had to take it off when he trained for martial arts. So, he kept losing and having to replace it. Now he uses a band that he wears on his upper arm instead which he says working better than the Oura ring.
